कथनी छोड़ करनी करे II Actions are more important than words.

It was an incredible experience to meet Anna Hazare and discuss how to make India a healthier and Tobacco-free nation. We discussed the importance of implementing stricter laws and regulations to curb the prevalence of smoking. Anna Hazare shared his personal experiences from his home village and how people there have been able to make a positive impact on the health of their community by actively engaging in anti-tobacco campaigns. He also shared his views on the need to create more awareness among the younger generation, who are more vulnerable to the influence of smoking. We agreed to work together to create a smoke-free India.

Speech is sweet like sugar, deeds are like poison Instead of merely speaking sweet we must do good deeds, the poison will turn into nectar.

Actions are more important than words.

These substances are a threat to the health and well-being of our society. Tobacco and alcohol are India's leading causes of death, claiming millions of lives every year. Not only do they cause serious illnesses such as cancer, but they also lead to social and economic problems. They can have a devastating effect on families and communities. It is your responsibility to take a stand against this menace. You must join forces in this battle against tobacco and alcohol. Speak out against their use, educate your peers and create awareness about the dangers. Work together with local organizations to implement effective anti-tobacco and anti-alcohol campaigns. Anna Said that --As a youth, you have the power to create a healthier and safer society. You can make a real difference in the lives of your family, friends and communities.

Do not be afraid to stand up for what is right.

Let us join together and take a strong stand against tobacco and alcohol. Let us make this a better place for all!
