I feel grateful to have participated in the Yoga Mahotsava at the Worldwide Dhyan and Yoga Festival in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh from March 31 to April 2, 2023. The festival was held under the banner “Har Dil Dhyan, Har Din Dhyan - Every Heart Meditates, Every Day”, and it focused on various aspects of well-being, including mental health, weight management, diabetes, digestion, immunity, and overall well-being.
This program was sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of Govt of India under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to celebrate 75 years of India's Independence. It was an excellent opportunity for me to experience the benefits of yoga and meditation firsthand. I learned about various yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that can help improve physical and mental health.

The festival brought together people from all walks of life who share a common goal of achieving inner peace and overall well-being. It was an incredible experience to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from experienced yoga practitioners.

I am grateful to have been a part of this event and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in exploring the benefits of yoga and meditation. I would like to thank the organizers for putting together such a fantastic event and look forward to attending more such events in the future.
